ASHLAND, Wis. – The Bethany Vikings (13-7, 9-2) grabbed a big road win at Northland College (8-11, 5-6) on Saturday. The Vikings are continuing the fight to stay at the top of the UMAC standings and did so with a 77-75 victory over the playoff contending Lumberjacks.

The game started with a bang as Trenton Krueger hit three three-pointers for the Vikings first nine points. The Lumberjacks too came ready to play, hitting two shots of their own from deep. The first half was a back and forth battle. Northland led by five points in the early going, but Bethany gained the lead around the midway point of the first half.
