Bethany Lutheran College Athletics

Neil Fletcher finished his third season as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Bethany in 2018-19. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his position with the Vikings as both a basketball coach and athletic administrator.

Fletcher has accumulated over 30 years of experience coaching basketball at the high school, college, and AAU levels. Fletcher was a head boys basketball coach at the high school level with stints at Plainview, Columbia Heights, and Buffalo. His stops as an assistant coach include Moorhead, Irondale, and Forest Lake. As a college coach, Fletcher spent time as an assistant coach at North Dakota State University. He also spent many years coaching AAU basketball with the MN Glory program. In addition to coaching, Fletcher was a high school activities director for 16 years.

Neil now lives in Forest Lake with his wife Carol.
