Biography
Shaina is the daughter of Paul and Dyan Laska of Winona, Minn. She is majoring in Exercise Science and hopes to become a physical therapist or athletic trainer someday. Her athletic role model is Lindsey Whalen because she sees how hard she works with her team to get them to succeed. In addtion to Whalen, Shaina would most like to meet Kobe Bryant and Maya Moore. What motivates her to play basketball is seeing her teammates working hard and knowing she's sharing her talents that Christ gave her. Shaina chose to attend Bethany because of the small schools etting and Christian atmosphere.
