Bethany Lutheran College Athletics

Karl Fager, Bethany’s Athletic Director, is entering his first year as an assistant coach/recruiting coordinator for the cross country programs.

Fager brings a wealth of NCAA Division III coaching/recruiting experience to the table and will be assisting with many of the more administrative aspects of Bethany Lutheran‘s cross country programs while also heading up their recruiting efforts.

Prior to coming to Bethany, Fager had spent 14 years as an assistant football coach, recruiting and strength coordinator at several institutions in the upper Midwest region. Karl has been the athletic director at Bethany Lutheran for the past six years.
