Bethany Lutheran College Athletics

Paul Osterman was born and raised in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Minnesota State, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in athletic training.

Osterman began his career as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at his alma mater. He also spent time working for the Minnesota Vikings, and the Orthopedic & Fracture Clinic. In July of 2007, Osterman was hired as Bethany Lutheran's first full-time athletic trainer, and was responsible for starting the program.

He lives in North Mankato with his wife Jena and two sons James and Jon.
