Mankato, Minn. – The University of Minnesota – Morris handed the Vikes a 3-0 home loss on Friday night.
 
Alexa Mowery (Fairmont, Minn. / Faimont) was in goal for the ladies, recording four saves and three goals. The Viking defense was out matched on the stat chart, allowing 22 shots while the Viking offense only got 5 shots in the entire game.
 
The Vikings will look to improve on the loss when they take on UW-Superior in a non-conference game next Wednesday at home.

The women are now 2-3 in the conference and 5-5 overall.
