Mankato, Minn.—Bethany's women won against the Northland LumberJills 2-0 on Saturday.
 
Lexie Mowery (Fairmont, Minn / Fairmont) was in the goal for the Lady Vikes. She had 10 saves on 18 shots, recording her 5^th shutout of the year.
 
In their last game at home in a Vikings uniform, seniors Joelle Pipal (Mankato, Minn./Mankato West)  and Anna Potz (White Bear Lake, Minn./Totino-Grace) worked for the first goal of the game that came in the second half. In the 57^th minute Pipal got her ninth goal of the year off of an assist from Potz.
 
Kindra Fairburn (Michael, Minn. / Michael-Albertville) scored off of a Jessica Wacholz (Mankato, Minn.) freekick, heading it past the unprepared Northland keeper.
 
The BLC women will close out the regular season with Minneosta-Morris next Saturday in Morris, Minn.
 
Bethany Women are now 8-6-3 overall and 4-4-3 in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
