Forest City, Iowa – The Bethany Lutheran women’s soccer team fell to the Waldorf Warriors 1-0 tonight.

Waldorf got on the board within the first 20 minutes and the Vikings were unable to settle the score after missing a few key chances. The Warriors had a total of 34 shots, 20 of which were on goal. BLC was only able to get six shots off, five of which were on goal.

Alexa Mowery (Fairmont, Minn./Fairmont) was the Vikings keeper recording 19 saves.

Bethany Lutheran’s next game is the home opener on Friday against Wisconsin Lutheran, game time is set for 7 p.m.
