Box Score MANKATO, Minn. - After three road games to start the season, the Bethany women's soccer played in front of the home fans for the first time as they entertained UW-Superior.

The Vikings dominated the Yellowjackets in total shots and shots on goal, but it was the Yellowjackets that had more shots get past the goalkeeper as they defeated BLC 1-0 Tuesday night.

Bethany outshot UW-Superior 25-6 for the whole game including 8-3 in shots on goal. One of the Yellowjackets three shots on goal were able to get by BLC netminder Alexa Mowery on a breakaway by Chelsea Cossin.

The UMAC opener is next up for Bethany (1-3) as they travel to North Central on Friday.
