Box Score MILWAUKEE, Wis. --- The Bethany women's basketball team took to the court for the first time in two weeks Friday night and they are not easing their way back into action. The Vikings played the first of their three games in four days stretch to the Milwaukee/Chicago area against Alverno College.
Kasslin Swenson recorded a double-double, but it wasn't enough as the Vikings fell to the Inferno 74-60.
Swenson led two Vikings in double figures with 15 points and collected 14 rebounds. She also dished out five assists, blocked two shots and had two steals as she played all 40 minutes.
Aimie Wiechmann added ten points.
Jordan Feis, in her first game of the season, scored nine points off the bench nailing all three of her 3-point attempts.
For Alverno, Anna Boteva led for Inferno players in double figures with 21 points.
Bethany (2-7) heads down to Chicago for their next game where they will fave the Illinois Institute of Technology for a 3 p.m. tip Sunday afternoon.
