Box Score MANKATO, Minn. - The Bethany women's soccer team avenged their loss to Crown two days prior by defeating the Storm 4-1 Saturday in UMAC action.

In Thursday's game, Nicole Moldstad tallied all three of Bethany's goals. On Saturday, she helped on two goals, but four different Vikings scored with three of them netting their first goals of the season.

The scoring got started in the 22nd minute when Morica Reinsch gave BLC a lead with an unassisted goal. In the 30th minute. Two Vikings followed with their first collegiate goals - Scotia MacNeil in the 30th minute and Lydia Wildauer in the 37th minute to give Bethany a 3-0 lead going into the break.

Late in the contest, Bridget Hennen added her eighth goal of the season.

The Vikings outshot Crown 19-5 with an 11-3 edge with shots on goal.

Bethany (6-7-1, 5-3 in UMAC) next plays host to Northland Friday night at 7:15 p.m.
