Box Score MANKATO, Minn. - Bethany's tough early season schedule continued Thursday as they entertained Macalester at the Sports and Fitness Center. The Scots jumped out to a sizable early lead and maintained it the rest of the way and handed the Vikings a 65-42 defeat in women's basketball action.

Bethany had two players reach double figures in points with Angela DeBruzzi leading the way 13 and Angie Scheffler adding ten to go along with a team high eight rebounds.

Park Masterson led the Scots with 14 points and seven rebounds and Lauren Clamage added ten.

Bethany shot 36 percent from the floor while Macalester shot 41 percent.

Bethany (0-3) next plays Tuesday at Waldorf.
