Briana Brandts, Bethany won their second straight game, 47-33 at North Central Friday night in UMAC women's basketball action.
The game was decided in the first 20 minutes. Brandts nearly recorded her double-double in the first half coming up one rebound short. She scored 12 of her 14 points in the first stanza and wound up with 14 rebounds.
On the defensive end, Bethany held the Rams to a mere six points as NCU shot 13 percent (3-for-23) in the opening half as the Vikings led 26-6 at the break.
Bethany (3-12, 2-2 in UMAC) continued to hold a double digit lead throughout the second half en route to the 14-point win.
The Vikings stay in the twin cities to take on Northwestern Saturday at 3 p.m.
