Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ST. PAUL - Northwestern completed its three-game sweep by taking a pair from Bethany Saturday in St. Paul.

A trio of successive singles gave Bethany the lead in the opening game. Clay Anderson and Danny Kneeland singled in front of Jordan Grams' RBI single to give the Vikings a 1-0 lead in the second.

That's all the Vikings would score as Northwestern tied the game in the second and took the lead in the third. The Eagles would three in the fifth and four more in the sixth to take the opener 9-1.

Bethany scored first again in the second game taking advantage of some Eagles' miscues to take a 1-0 lead in the first.

Northwestern would erupt for six in the third and added eight in the sixth to hand Bethany a 19-5 setback.

Bethany (12-9, 8-4 in UMAC) returns home for a non-conference doubleheader Wednesday against Augsburg.
