ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. – The men's soccer team played the Storm from Crown College on Wednesday night. The Vikings and Storm are both members of the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference, but this game was played as a non-conference contest. Crown earned the 3-1 victory over Bethany.
Samuel Duran (Marshall, Minn.) found the back of the net in the 21
st minute of play to put the Vikings on the scoreboard first in the contest.
Jonathan Sehloff (Mankato, Minn.) assisted on the goal by Duran. The Vikings would take the 1-0 lead into half. In the second period of action, the Storm scored three unanswered goals to earn the non-conference victory over the Vikings.

Ripon College will play Bethany on Sunday in non-conference play starting at 2:30 p.m. at the BLC Soccer Field.
