Box Score PAPILLION, Neb. – The BLC Vikings came back strong on day two and defeated Nebraska Christian by a final score of 11-0. The Vikings dominated the game from beginning to end and leveled their record to 1-1 after the first weekend of play.
The Viking offense spread the goals around with seven different players scoring.
Madison Perry,
Madelynn Thompson,
Molly Stark, and
Bailey Bakken each scored two goals.
Bridget Brown,
Kenya Henderson, and
Jade Bokman also scored for BLC.
Leah Sonnenburg was in net for the Vikings and earned the shutout victory.
"It was nice for both teams to get a victory," said head coach Derick Lyngholm. "It makes for a fun bus ride home when everybody is victorious."
