DULUTH, MN – The BLC men's tennis team lost their first UMAC match of the season to St. Scholastica this afternoon. The Saints overpowered the Vikings by a score of 9-0.
 
It was Laine Larson and Dalton Werckman teaming up at #1 doubles today. The pair was undefeated in doubles play together this season, but lost to the Saints 8-3. Carter Dahl and Nico Martinez Biali lost 8-5 at #2 and Noah Gernander and David Lee lost 8-2 at #3.
 
Dalton Werckman battled his opponent tough in the first set at #2 singles, but would lost 7-5, 6-0. Carter Dahl entered today's match with a 7-1 singles record, but lost 6-3, 6-1 at #3.
 
Up next: The Vikings play UW-Superior at the Swanson Tennis Center in St. Peter, MN on Saturday, April 6th at 2 PM.
