Women's Soccer Looks to Extend Winning Streak Against Grinnell

MANKATO, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran women's soccer team (3-1 overall) hosts Grinnell (1-3) Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Caswell North Soccer Complex. The Vikings have won their last two matches.

This marks the inaugural meeting for the programs.

Bethany Lutheran
Junior Maddie Perry (Anoka, Minn.) leads the team with six goals. Freshman Gina Harmening (Courtland, Minn.) and sophomore Zoe Kinakin (Victoria, British Columbia) follow with two.

Junior Leah Sonnenburg (Lakeville, Minn.) has played every minute in the net and has one shutout.

Sonnenburg is sixth in wins (4) and tied for 10th in shutouts (1).

Grinnell
Samantha Reid leads her team with two goals. Six teammates follow with one. Elizabeth Hunt has logged the most minutes between the three keepers and has 22 saves.
