ANKENY, Iowa—Junior Maddie Perry (Anoka, Minn.) netted both goals in Bethany Lutheran's (2-1 overall) 2-1 win over Faith Baptist (1-1) Saturday. This marked the second-straight win over the Eagles in the series.
Perry gave the Vikings the 1-0 lead with her goal at 22:06 before Faith Baptist evened it with a score at 30:52.
This remained the score through halftime.
Perry netted the game-winner at 84:51. She now moves into sixth on the career leader list in this category. Perry is now also tied for seventh in career points and tied for eighth in goals.
