Women's Basketball Hosts St. Scholastica

MANKATO, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran women's basketball team (16-2 overall, 9-1 UMAC) hosts St. Scholastica (7-12, 5-5) Saturday at 4:45 p.m. The Vikings are in first and the Saints are in sixth in the conference standings. BLC enters the weekend on a school-record 11-game winning streak and CSS has won its last two-straight.

The Series
The Saints lead the all-time series at 18-13, but the Vikings have won the last five-straight, which includes the first meeting of the season, 76-58, on Jan. 18.

Bethany Lutheran
Junior Hanna Geistfeld (Truman, Minn.) leads the team with 20.7 PPG. Classmates Abby Olson (Montevideo, Minn.) and Kenlie Pytleski (East Chain, Minn.) follow with 19.3 and 10.2 PPG, respectively.

Geistfeld has a team-high 9.3 rebounds/game and Olson has a team-best 67 assists and 36 steals.
