INDIANAPOLIS -- The Bethany Lutheran men's basketball team ranked in the top 100 of 12 categories in the final national stat rankings, the NCAA announced Sunday.
The Vikings were: 22nd in blocked shots/game (4.5), 23rd in assists/game (17.5), 29th in rebounds/game (42.80), 31st in blocks (45), 38th in free throw percentage (74.1), 53rd in scoring offense (81.3), 59th in assist turnover ratio (1.14), 67th in assists (175), 74th in rebound margin (3.4), 83rd in three-point field goals/game (8.7), 90th in rebounds (428), and 94th in won-lost percentage (.600).
Individually, three players ranked in the top 100.
Brian Smith was 10th in assists/game (6.3), 28th in assists (63), 44th in assist turnover ratio (2.25), and 89th in scoring (18.6 PPG).
Hunter Nielsen was eighth in blocked shots/game (2.60) and total blocks (26), and 12th in field goal percentage (65.9).
Justin Schrupp was 64th in three's (31), and 75th in three-point field goal percentage (38.3).
