MANKATO, Minn. - Head baseball coach Ryan Kragh announced Monday that Danny Kneeland has been named associate head coach of the program.
"Bethany has had a huge impact on my life and I am very grateful to have this opportunity," said Kneeland. "I am looking forward to helping this program continue adding to its strong tradition."
Kneeland enters his sixth season on the coaching staff in 2025. Over the past five seasons, the Vikings have posted an overall record of 81-61, while also going 62-17 in conference play. Kneeland has coached 36 All-Conference selections as well as a UMAC Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, and three Rookie of the Year award winners. His tenure has been highlighted by a pair of UMAC regular season titles in 2023 and 2024 as well as an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2023.
"Danny is a Bethany Viking through and through," said Kragh. "He has a passion for Bethany and our baseball program and we're excited for his new role and glad to have him as a part of this team."
