MANKATO, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran women's tennis team hosted Minnesota Morris in UMAC action on Wednesday afternoon and fell to the Cougars by a score of 5-2. With the loss the Vikings fall to 1-12 on the year and 1-1 in UMAC play while the Cougars move to 2-6 on the season and 1-1 in the conference. 

Emily Yehle had a strong day for Bethany, taking her match at No. 2 singles in three sets while also teaming up with Brianna Lienig at No. 2 doubles for a win. Sailor Mohlenbrock gained the other win for the Vikings as she claimed a 3-set win at No. 1 singles for the Vikings

Janes: "We played well throughout doubles and singles. Morris is a good team top to bottom and in the the end they were able to get the better of us. We battled in each spot and made Morris earn each point."
