ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference announced its 2026 cross country awards Tuesday and Bethany's Campbell Amundson (So., Hermantown) and James Younge (Sr., North Mankato) have been selected Second Team All-Conference.

One year removed from UMAC Rookie of the Year honors, Amundson adds her second All-Conference award in as many years. Campbell took 14th at the UMAC Championship with a time of 25:05.4. Her season-best time was 24:33.2 at the St. Ben's and St. John's Autumn Classic.

After leading the Vikings all season, Younge caps his senior season with his first All-Conference nod. Younge paced the men at the UMAC Championships last Saturday, taking 15th place with a career-best time of 28:24.5, which ranks ninth in program history.

Ben Matzke and Taryn Zellmann were named All-Sportsmanship.

The Vikings finish the 2026 season Nov. 14 at the NCAA Regionals in Northfield.
