MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Bethany men's tennis lost 4-0 to Greenville in the UMAC semifinals Friday at Baseline Tennis Center, ending its season with a 13-8 overall record.
The Panthers started the match with a sweep in doubles to earn the first point. Simao Caetano and Thales Oliveira played a tight match at No. 3, but lost the breaker 7-5.
Greenville then won in straight sets at Nos. 1, 4, and 5 singles to close out the match.
The 2025-26 season will go down as the best in recorded team history as the Vikings won a program-record 13 matches and claimed a share of the UMAC North Division championship for the first time in team history.
