ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - Bethany women's soccer suffered a 4-1 loss at Northwestern-St. Paul on Saturday, dropping to 0-2-1 overall and 0-1-1 in the UMAC. 

Northwestern opened the scoring in the fifth minute before the Vikings evened the score at the 16:09 mark on a penalty kick goal by Riley Ping. The score remained 1-1 after the first 45 minutes with the Eagles out-shooting the Vikings 10-1. 

The home team continued to put on the pressure in the second half with three goals and finished the game with a 27-6 advantage in shots, including 13-3 on goal. Arayah Baker made nine saves in goal. 

Bethany travels to Crown on Tuesday.
