Beth Benzkofer

Benzkofer is starting her third season as the assistant softball coach at Bethany. She is a graduate of Mankato East High School and Minnesota State University, Mankato. Benzkofer has 15 years of coaching experience, including 10 with the Mankato Area Girls Fastpitch Association and the Mankato Peppers, as well as in the Mankato area girls traveling volleyball and basketball programs.
