Bethany Lutheran College Athletics

Cortney Hokanson is in her second season on the Bethany staff in 2026 as the catching coach. Hokanson played for the Hills Heat softball team in Australia from 2024-25 while coaching U18 as well. She was a catcher at Bethel University from 2018-24 and is a 2018 graduate of Shakopee High School. Hokanson coaches catchers online and has coached various camps and clinics for catchers. She earned a Bachelor's degree in communication studies from Bethel in 2022 and a Master's degree in Christian thought in 2024 with a certificate in biblical and theological studies.
