Ryan Bolte '14 returns for his sixth season as an assistant with the women’s soccer program in 2021. After a distinguished playing career at Bethany, the Colorado native joined the men’s coaching staff in 2015 and helped lead the team to a UMAC playoff appearance and the team’s first postseason victory in over a decade. He began assisting the women’s program with recruiting in 2016 and will continue to work with both the men’s and the women’s programs this fall.
Bolte was a four-year letterwinner with the Vikings and ranks in the top 10 of eight career goalkeeper categories. He helped lead the team to UMAC tournament appearances in three of his four years.
He graduated from Bethany in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He currently is Resident Hall Coordinator with his wife Katelyn and their two kids Lincoln and Brynlee at BLC.
"Coach Bolte has been an instrumental part of moving this program forward in recent years. With his expertise and passion in the goalkeeper position, it made sense to utilize his skills there and we can't wait to see our keepers learn and grow under his direction" - Coach Morris
