Jessi Jurries enters her second season as an assistant coach for the Vikings after finishing her playing career as a defensive specialist for the Bethany Volleyball team. She was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2014 while being a four-year Academic All-Conference selection in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
Jurries grew up in Trimont, Minn. and was a member of the Martin County West Volleyball team that made state tournament appearances her sophomore and senior seasons, placing second in the state tournament her senior year. She graduated from Bethany in the spring of 2015 with a Studio Arts major, emphasizing on Graphic Design. Â
