Bethany Lutheran College Athletics

Knofczynski begins her second season as part of the Bethany Lutheran volleyball coaching staff. The Delano, Minnesota, native has experience as a coach at summer volleyball camps at Delano High School. Knofczynski keeps up with the game as a member of the women’s and co-ed volleyball leagues in Mankato and St. Peter.

Knofczynski graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato (MSU), in 2008 with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently enrolled in a Master’s program at MSU for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Clinical Exercise Physiology.
