Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Ft. Myers, Fla. – Bethany softball fell to Rockford in the first game of the spring trip 2-1. Later in the day the Vikings fell to Haverford 2-8.
 
In the game versus Rockford Emily Rauchmann (Mankato, Minn./Mankato West) was on the mound for the Vikings recording three strike outs and one walk. She allowed two runs, one of which was an earned run, on six hits.
 
Rockford got on the board with a run in the first. The game remained 1-0 until Bethany scored in the fourth. Rauchmann doubled to centerfield. Dani Christie (Hutchinson, Minn./Hutchinson) reached on an error and Rauchmann advanced to third. Cortney Hallahan (Hutchinson, Minn./Holy Family Catholic) singled through the left side for an RBI. With the game tied Rockford answered right away with a run in the bottom of the fifth.
 
Bethany plays Wheaton and Eastern Nazarene March 5.
