Men's soccer falls 0-2 in first game of season

Milwaukee, Wis. – The Vikings fell 0-2 to Wisconsin Lutheran on the road in the first game of the season.
 
Bethany was outshot 4-17 throughout the game and had a 3-5 corner kick disadvantage. Joseph Perez (Colorado Springs, Colo. / Fountain Ft. Carson) managed to get two shots off but could not find the back of the net. Ryan Bolte (Colorado Springs, Colo. / Fountain Ft. Carson) was goal keeper for the Vikings during the entire game. He had five saves in his 90 minutes giving him a .714 save percentage.
 
BLC committed 17 fouls compared to their opponents 15.
 
The Vikings will take on Ripon tomorrow at 3 p.m. to finish their Wisconsin road trip.
