Vikings Fall to Dubuque in Men's Tennis
OWATONNA, Minn. – The Bethany men's tennis team returned to the courts on Saturday morning against the University of Dubuque in an non-conference tennis match at the Owatonna Tennis Club.
The Spartans defeats the Vikings by a final score of 5-4.
Dubuque 5, Bethany Lutheran 4
In singles competition,
Brent Heflin (Sioux Falls, S.D.) earned a match victory at the number one singles position for the Vikings. Also,
Dalton Werckman (Foley, Minn.),
Dexter Jackson (Chicago, Ill.), and
Jason Buechler (Kasson, Minn.) also picked up team wins for Bethany. In doubles competition, it was the Spartans winning all three of the matches.
