Bethany Drops Contest to CentralÂ

ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn.  – The Bethany women's soccer team traveled to Crown College for a home contest against the Central Dutch on Sunday. The game was being played at Crown due to the wet field conditions in Mankato. The Vikings lost the game to the Dutch by a score of 2-0.

The Vikings recorded two shots on goal in the contest. The first came from
Nicole Moldstad (North Mankato, Minn.), and the second was shot by
Lindsey Stewart (Albert Lea, Minn.).
Averi Cash (Ottumwa, Iowa) recorded eight saves for the Vikings on the day.Â

The Vikings will travel to Minneapolis on Wednesday for a non-conference match-up against Augsburg College that will begin at 5 p.m.
