ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Bethany Lutheran softball team (14-22) will open up play in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Tournament Thursday in Duluth, as the No. 5-seeded Vikings will take on the University the Wisconsin-Superior (16-15), who is the No. 4 seed. First pitch from Kenwood Park is scheduled for 10 a.m.

Last week, Bethany Lutheran split with Wisconsin-Superior to help punch its ticket to the postseason tournament for the first time since 2013. With a win against Crown Monday, the Vikings have earned the No. 5 seed finishing 8-8 in league play.

The UMAC tournament has the following set admissions prices: Single Day Adult Ticket, $10; Single Day Student/Senior Ticket - $5; Adult Tournament Pass, $15; Student/Senior Tournament Pass, $7. All UMAC students, staff and faculty are FREE with valid institution ID to all games. No other passes will be accepted.
