PELLA, Iowa – Bethany women's soccer (0-6) had a tough task against Central College (7-1) on Tuesday evening and the Dutch proved to be too much to handle, giving the Vikings a 5-0 loss.
The game was controlled from the beginning by the Dutch who scored the first goal of the game just 27 seconds into the first half. The Dutch recorded a total of 34 shots with 15 on goal while the Vikings were unable to record any shots in the game. Bethany goalie Avery Cash played 90 minutes and recorded 10 saves.
Up Next: The Vikings will put this game behind them and look ahead to UMAC play on Saturday when they travel to Northland. The game is set to begin at 4:15 PM.
