Mankato, MN. – The Vikings men's soccer team fell short against St. Olaf College when they lost 4-0. The loss puts the Vikings record at 6-7-3.
The game started out slow, with both teams going back and forth and no one getting ahead before the 20th minute. Then, in the 23rd minute, St. Olaf scored their first of four goals off of a penalty kick. St. Olaf stayed fairly aggressive throughout the game, scoring goals in the 38th, 72nd, and 74th minute. In the end, St. Olaf had 18 shots and 11 shots on goal. The Vikings were much more accurate, with 5 shots, all of which were on goal.

Nikita Pyatetskiy with 2 shots on goal.
Tiger Thomas,
Wesley Shade, and
Logan Boyer all also had 1 shot on goal.
