TUCSON, AZ. – The Bethany Vikings (2-2) didn't have enough offensive firepower to overcome Wabash College (5-2) on Tuesday. The Little Giants racked up 20 hits and beat the Vikings 10-6.
 
Down 3-1 heading into the fifth inning, the Vikings scored three runs on an error after loading the bases. The lead for the Vikings didn't last long though as the Little Giants went on to score four runs in the bottom of the fifth. The Vikings came back with two more runs in the sixth, but the Little Giants held on for the win.
 
Grant Becher recorded two hits and two runs for the Vikings. Through four games, Becher is leading the Vikings with a .467 average along with five RBIs.
 
Anthony Radloff threw for the Vikings, going 4.2 innings. He gave up seven runs, five earned, and 14 hits and struck out eight.
 
Up Next: The Vikings take a break tomorrow and return on Thursday, March 8th with a double-header against Rockford University beginning at 9 AM MST.
