MANKATO, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran volleyball team (8-13 overall, 2-2 UMAC) hosts Minnesota-Morris (9-10, 2-0) Saturday at 3 p.m. The Cougars stand atop the league standings and the Vikings are fifth.

UMM leads the series at 19-8 as the programs have met at least once since the 2004 season.

Senior Megan Rutt (Le Center, Minn.) is the team's leading hitter at 210 kills and 2.92 kills/set. Freshman Alexis Morsching (Morristown, Minn.), senior Mindy Poehler (Nicollet) and and freshman Kasidy Cacka (Brownton, Minn.) join her in triple digits with 136, 133, and 125 kills, respectively.

Junior Brittany Sanders (St. James, Minn.) has 438 assists and team-high 36 service aces. Senior Veeva Lee (St. Paul) follows with 27 aces and has a team-best 326 digs.

Rutt is third in kills (1,244) and senior Kalli Mathiasen (St. Cloud, Minn.) is seventh in assists (884). Senior Haley Domonoske (Waterville, Minn.) is seventh in solo blocks (43) and seventh in block assists (152) and sixth in total blocks (195). Lee is fifth in service aces (104) and 10th in digs (769). Sanders is 10th in assists (438).

Against the Conference
Sanders leads the league in aces (10) and is second in assists (113). Morsching and Lee are tied for fourth in aces (5) and Lee is second in digs (58). Rutt is second in kills (42).

BLC is first in aces (25).

National Stat Rankings
Bethany Lutheran ranks in the top 100 of four National Stat Rankings, the NCAA released Wednesday.

The Vikings are: 42nd in blocks (131.5), 69th in aces (155), 84th in blocks/set (1.71), and 97th in digs (1,169).

Individually, senior Haley Domonoske (Waterville, Minn.) is 73rd in total blocks (59) and 76th in blocks/set (0.92).

Sanders is 93rd in service aces (36) and Lee is 80th in digs (326). Minnesota-Morris
Brenna Tinjum is the team's leading hitter with 216 kills. A trio of teammates join her in triple digits as Morgan Miller has 197, Tori Everson has 192 and Mia Frick has 130 kills. Tinjum also has a team-high 24 service aces.
