Busch, Bruns Set Season Records in Victory over Northwestern

MANKATO, Minn.—Freshman Max Busch (Odenthal, Germany) continued to add his name to the Bethany Lutheran men's soccer record book as he recorded his fifth game-winning goal Tuesday in the 6-3 win over Northwestern. This broke the previous mark of four set by CK Pock and Joe Nuah in 2010 and Benjamin Moldstad in 2013.

Senior Moritz Bruns (Leer, Germany) set the single season record in goal keeper wins with eight to date. He surpassed current assistant coach Ryan Bolte's seven set in 2013.

BLC moved to 12-5-1 overall and 5-2-1 in UMAC contests.
