MANKATO, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran volleyball team (11-16 overall) travels to face UW-Superior (15-18) Monday at 7 p.m. in the quarterfinal of the UMAC Conference Tournament. The Yellowjackets are the fourth seed and the Vikings are the fifth seed.

The Series
The Yellowjackets hold the lead at 9-2, which includes the 3-0 win earlier this season on Oct. 19. The programs have never met in the conference tournament.

Bethany Lutheran
This marks the second-straight appearance and third in four years in the Conference Tournament for the Vikings. BLC is 4-4 all-time in the tournament.

Senior Megan Rutt (Le Center, Minn.) is the team's leading hitter with 293 kills and 3.18 kills/set. Four players join her in triple digits as freshmen Alexis Morsching (Morristown, Minn.) has 169 kills, senior Mindy Poehler (Nicollet) has 165, freshman Kasidy Cacka (Brownton, Minn.) has 158 and senior Haley Domonoske (Waterville, Minn.) has 112.

Junior Brittany Sanders (St. James, Minn.) has 615 assists and team-high 43 service aces. Senior Veeva Lee (St. Paul) follows with 39 aces and has a team-best 424 digs.

Career Record Watch
Rutt is third in kills (1,315) and senior Kalli Mathiasen (St. Cloud, Minn.) is seventh in assists (905). Domonoske is sixth in solo blocks (45), sixth in block assists (157) and sixth in total blocks (202). Lee is fourth in service aces (116) and seventh in digs (867). Sanders is eighth in assists (615).

UW-Superior
Cami Sletta leads her team with 396 kills. Gina Baertsch has 35 service aces and Brylee Colligan has 372 digs.
