NEW ULM, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran men's soccer team (4-2 overall) recorded many school records in the 7-0 win over Martin Luther (2-5-1) Tuesday. This marked the first win against the Knights since 2013.

Freshman Max Busch (Odenthal, Germany) set single-game school-record with his four goals and eight points. He previously tied both records in the season opener against Nebraska Christian with three goals and six points.

Senior Samuel Duran (Marshall, Minn.) recorded a single-game school-record three assists on the day.

Freshman Luuk Oosterbosch (Veldhoven, The Netherlands) added two assists which brought his season total to eight, which now stands as the single season record. The previous mark was seven set by Richard Rowell in 2007.

Senior Moritz Bruns (Leer, Germany) earned the shutout in the net.
