MANKATO, Minn.—Junior Brittany Sanders (St. James, Minn.) had a career-high 32 assists and freshman Alexis Morsching (Morristown, Minn.) recorded a career-best 10 digs in the 3-0 win over Martin Luther (2-11) in front of a boisterous gym Friday night. This was a nonconference matchup.

The Vikings won 25-14, 25-23 and 25-16 to earn their third-straight win over the Knights in the series.



Senior Megan Rutt (Le Center, Minn.) led all hitters with 12 kills. Classmate Veeva Lee (St. Paul) had a team-best 14 digs and three service aces.

BLC controlled every aspect of the game as it notably held MLC to a team hitting percentage of .010 and owned the team blocks at 11-1. The Vikings held the advantages in kills, hitting percentage, assists, service aces, and digs.

Bethany returns to the court tomorrow as it travels to face Buena Vista at 3 p.m.
