ST. PAUL, Minn. – A couple members of the Bethany Lutheran women's indoor track and field team competed at The Showcase hosted by the University of St. Thomas Friday.

The Vikings' competitors:
60m dash: Marissa Voss, 22^nd, 8.67
800m run: Sarah Presler, 6^th, 2:27.79       (Fifth best time in program history)
Cianna Hoppe, 13^th, 2:31.69
Chloe Kuhlman, 21^st, 2:43.57
Triple jump: Marissa Voss, 10^th, 9.66m or 31'8.5"
Shot put: Hannah Dosch, 21^st, 8.35m or 27' 4.75"
Weight throw: Gabby Baker, 25^th, 10.25m or 33' 7.5"
 
"I am proud of the efforts from our representation that traveled to St. Thomas," said head coach Michael Dunn. "These athletes have had a tough few weeks of practice and I know that everything may not be clicking yet, but the effort is there. Each meet these athletes are learning more about themselves and I am positive that all the athletes from Friday will take a few things they learned from the Friday meet and put it to use going forward."
