MANKATO, Minn.—Freshman Jake Marzinske (St. Paul, Minn.) and sophomore Keegan Rich (Mount Pleasant, Iowa) broke their own school records Saturday at the Ted Nelson Classic, hosted by Minnesota-State Mankato.
Marzinske took third in the triple jump with his leap of 13.93m or 45'8.5. This broke his previous school record of 13.55m or 44'5.5" set at the UW-Stout Open two weeks ago. He currently ranks 33
rd on the season NCAA Division III performance list, per TFRRS.
Rich finished the 60m hurdles with his time of 8.81, which broke his own mark of 8.82 set at the Chuck Petersen Open this past December.
