MANKATO, Minn. – Senior Maddie Perry (Anoka, Minn.) became the career leader in yet another category Tuesday. With her three goals in the 4-0 win over Martin Luther, she has 120 career points. This surpassed the previous record of 119 set by Nicole Moldstad in 2014-17. Perry already held the career marks in goals and game-winning goals.
The Bethany Lutheran women's soccer team moved to 8-4 overall and 5-2 in UMAC contests with the victory. Tonight's win completed the season sweep over the Knights.
The game was scoreless through most of the first half until Perry connected on a pass from freshman Laura Ruiz Rocha (Bogotá, Colombia) at 35:09.
Perry netted her second goal of the night at 71:55 and five minutes later, freshman Madison Sax (Vero Beach, Fla.) placed one in the back of the net to make it 3-0.
Perry's final score occurred at 79:56 as sophomore Asia Jota (Pasadena, Calif.) was credited with the assist.
Senior Zoe Kinakin (Victoria, British Columbia) continues to extend her lead as the single season record holder for keeper wins as she earned her eighth "W" in net. This was also her fifth clean sheet of the season.

The Vikings held the advantages in shots (23-13), as the Knights owned the slight edge in shots on goal (8-7) and corner kicks (4-3).
