Vikings Set Conference Win Record

MANKATO, Minn. – The Bethany Lutheran men's soccer team (10-5 overall, 10-1 UMAC) defeated Crown (1-14, 1-10) 4-0 Friday. This marked the tenth conference win of the season, to surpass the previous record of nine set in 2010 and 2013.

With the win, BLC has clinched a spot in the UMAC tournament for the third-straight year.

Freshman Ben Klausen put the Vikings on the board early with his goal at 2:59. This remained the score until junior Jamie Smith (Kingston, Jamaica) tallied the next two scores within three minutes of each other.
