Saints Defeat Vikings

MANKATO, Minn.  – St. Scholastica (5-0 overall, 5-0 UMAC) extended its shutout streak in the 9-0 win over Bethany Lutheran (1-4, 1-4) Saturday.

The Saints were the first team on the board at 13:52. Morgan Friday had the assist and then scored the next five consecutive for CSS.

Freshman Asia Jota (Pasadena, Calif.) led the Vikings with two shots and classmate Brooke Wolanin (Littleton, Colo.) had a career-high 17 saves.
