ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Bethany Lutheran volleyball dropped both of its final matches in the Macalester Invite Saturday. The Vikings fell 3-0 to Concordia Moorhead and 3-0 to Hamline.

Against the Cobbers, Morgan Goettlicher (Le Sueur, Minn.) and junior Rilee Hohbein (Holdingford, Minn.) co-led the team with nine kills each. Freshman Megan Gallagher (Jackson, Minn.) recorded a career-high 24 assists, and classmate Maddi Wendland (Arco, Minn.) tallied a career-best 21 digs.

Against the Pipers, junior Alexis Morsching (Morristown, Minn.) led the team with 10 kills. Gallagher had 20 assists and Wendland had 15 digs.

BLC is off from competition until next Friday at UW-Superior's tournament.
